We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through BluTaylor®. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will gladly refund an unworn BluTaylor® hats with it's original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through BluTaylor®. You may contact us here.

BluTaylor® reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges made per customer. You may contact us here.
The address that we ship to is your PAYPAL ADDRESS or Order Shipment Address. Please make sure that the address within your Paypal account is your shipping address. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Please make sure your color selection, size, and PayPal address are correct before you purchase! Once orders are placed we are unable to change them. We will process order within 7 business days of placement. All items are currently handmade.
All international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please check Customs Office as needed. International purchases &/or Unclaimed Orders at Customs are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns. Please note our shipping options available. We recommend that you purchase shipping WITH tracking and insurance. BluTaylor® is NOT responsible for lost international packages.
